Tottenham Hotspur dented Liverpool’s quadruple chances by taking a point off the Reds at Anfield.

After the game, Jurgen Klopp was critical of Spurs’ defensive tactics, saying:

There were parallels to be found in the discipline of both the displays at the Etihad Stadium and Anfield. Klopp should have known and prepared better.”

He is right in terms of Liverpool have to be thankful to Spurs for taking six points off Manchester City this season, with Liverpool only being able to draw with their title rivals.
