Emiliano Martinez has poked fun at his Aston Villa teammate Matty Cash in this latest behind the scenes footage to emerge.
After two lavish spending sprees in both the summer and January transfer windows and the introduction of Steven Gerrard as manager to replace Dean Smith, better things may well have been expected of Aston Villa who currently lie 11th in the Premier League.

While Villa can boast players such as Philippe Coutinho, Lucas Digne, Ollie Watkins and Martinez, the owners and fans will likely be looking to really kick on into the top half next season and that means Gerrard will have to put in a lot of work on and off the pitch.
One thing that seems to be on Gerrard’s side is the comradery behind the scenes with Martinez poking fun at Cash for seemingly getting some work done on his toes behind the scenes with the defender seen laughing when he realises he’s been caught on camera.

Cash has been one of the better performers for Villa this season with three goals, three assists and 11 clean sheets in the Premier League, ranking third when it comes to WhoScored ratings as well as earning his first cap for the Poland national side.
Therefore, whatever he has been seen getting done to his toes can keep happening if he continues to perform well for Gerrard’s side as they look to finish the season as strong and high up as possible.
