Jamie Reuben has sent a teasing tweet to Newcastle United fans regarding an exciting pre-match display.

Newcastle United and its atmosphere has become famous once again, but this time more for what happens pre-match. The fans group Wor Flags has managed to put on some stunning displays all around the stadium showing love to their past and present players.

Will Newcastle win tonight?

If Eddie Howe can guide his side to a sixth win in a row at home against Crystal Palace on Wednesday night, he would equal a record set by the legend Sir Bobby Robson – something he was flattered to hear during his pre-match press conference.

Fans are being asked by Wor Flags to get into their seats early to help with the display that’s been organised, with a special message set to be spelt out in the Gallowgate End, and with many excited and interested to find out what it could say, Reuben has fanned the flames by tweeting out some eye emojis, hinting he may already know what it will be.

How well do you remember Newcastle's January transfer window? An easy one to start with: where did Newcastle sign Bruno Guimaraes from?

It is sure to be another raucous atmosphere at St James’ Park this evening as Newcastle United start to look towards the top 10 and make it as uncomfortable as possible for Crystal Palace, a team they can leapfrog with a victory tonight.

Wor Flags is an organisation that is fully run by the fans and relies on donations from supporters, however, it’s not just them that are clearly loving the displays since Mike Ashley left the club, as attacker Miguel Almiron was seen leaving the pitch with one of their smaller flags after their win on Sunday, just highlighting the connection that’s growing once again between players and supporters.
