Wolverhampton Wanderers ace Conor Coady has sent Morgan Gibbs-White an encouraging message on Instagram on Tuesday night.

The midfielder is currently out on loan at Championship outfit Sheffield United until the end of the season, where he is showing some impressive form.

Does Gibbs-White have a future at Wolves?

Yes

Yes

No

No

Gibbs-White got his name on the scoresheet on Tuesday night in the Blades’ emphatic victory against play-off rivals Middlesbrough.

And the Wolves captain took to Instagram to post a message to the 22-year-old after another impressive display by the midfielder away from Molineux.

Coady reposted a video from Sky Sports of the winger’s goal on his story with the caption: “Flying brother… Love it.”

And he certainly is flying. In the Championship this season, Gibbs-White has been able to find the back of the net eight times and provide seven assists (via Transfermarkt).

Perhaps it is a case of finding his level in the second tier, however, it seems a consistent run of games in the Blades squad is proving hugely beneficial for the 22-year-old’s development.

Over the course of his 86 appearances for the Wanderers across all competitions, Gibbs-White has only been able to find the back of the net three times and provide just one assist (via Transfermarkt).

It is apparent Coady is keeping an eye on the youngster’s development, and we do wonder whether Wolves may look to the youngster with Joao Moutinho’s future at Molineux in doubt.
