Allan Saint-Maximin has posted a picture on his Instagram account of him in Monaco undergoing his recovery from injury.
It had been reported last week by Jordan Cronin that the winger was set to miss their clash at the London Stadium but fans may have hoped that he could have been back for this weekend’s crunch clash.
Will Saint-Maximin play this weekend?
Yes!
No!
However, despite posting videos of him working out in the gym yesterday on his Instagram, the winger now appears to have a very much outside chance of playing on Saturday considering he’s not even in the country, never mind Newcastle.
Saint-Maximin has showcased on his Instagram a picture of him with what appears to be an oxygen mask on, accompanied by both a caption saying ‘#rehabinprogress’ and the location being Monaco.

This latest post will surely raise a lot of questions amongst Newcastle fans about why the winger has felt the need to venture out to Monaco to do some of his rehab when he likely would have had a lot of treatment and offers to help him a lot closer to home.
