Lots of Celtic fans have been drawn to Twitter over the latest transfer claim to emerge regarding a potential January swoop for Martin Boyle.

According to reports, the Bhoys are eyeing up a potential £3m bid for the 28-year-old winger this month, but may face competition for the Australian.

Is £3m too much to pay for Boyle?





It is believed Ange Postecoglou is keen on his fellow countryman, however, an unnamed club from Abu Dhabi is also reportedly showing interest in the Hibernian ace.

Boyle has had a sensational start to the 2021/22 campaign with 14 goals and five assists across all competitions – with 11 of those goal involvements coming in the Scottish Premiership (via Transfermarkt).

Despite his promising start to the campaign, it seems there is a concern among these fans over the reported fee it is expected Celtic will have to cough up to acquire the Hibernian star.
