A number of Rangers fans seem to have been searching for updates on former player Joe Worrall after he put in a fine display for his current club in a recent English FA Cup match.
Indeed, over the weekend, the Nottingham Forest defender played the full 90 as his side overcame Premier League outfit Arsenal in the third round of the competition.
It seems as though his strong performance in the 1-0 win has many Rangers fans keeping an eye on the man who used to play for their club as a loanee.

Back in August 2018, Worrall joined the Scottish club on a season-long loan. His time with Rangers saw him play 32 games in all competitions, racking up 2,740 minutes of game time (via Transfermarkt).
Reflecting on his time away on loan, Worrall once said in an interview (via Nottingham Forest News) that although he loved his spell with Rangers, the abuse he got from some fans has had a bad toll on his mental health.
He explained: “Genuinely, I loved my time there. Rangers fans are fantastic but they think they have a divine right to hammer and call blind any player that ever has a bad game for Rangers.

He may have only been with the Gers for a season, but it’s clear that he has left a big mark on many fans, with some – as proven by Google Trends – still very keen to follow his recent progress back at Nottingham Forest.
