A number of Celtic fans have been left delighted after seeing footage of Joe Hart in their club’s most recent Scottish Premier League game.

Last time out, the Bhoys claimed a solid 2-0 home win over Hibernian thanks to first-half goals from Daizen Maeda and Josip Juranovic.

However, it seems that one particular moment has caught the imagination of many Celtic fans. Indeed, with the game all but won, counting just over 10 minutes left to play, Hart had to rush out of his penalty box to put an end to a Hibs attack.

A long ball had been smashed forward, looping high into the air, but showing great composure, the English goalkeeper simply brought the ball down on his chest before passing it to a teammate.

A replay of the incident was shared on Twitter and it soon had supporters talking.

Here’s what these Celtic fans said…

“God there’s no man I could love more.”
“Comfortably the best moment of the season.”
“Man is ice cold.”
“Loved this from Joe Hart.”
“My hero’s decent.”
“Anybody else noticed how good his distribution was last night?”

The display of confidence and quality is probably a fair reflection of how things have gone for Hart in Scotland so far.

Indeed, since joining the club in the summer, the former Tottenham Hotspur man has made the No 1 spot his own – playing 18 league matches and keeping 10 clean sheets in that period.
