A collection of Tottenham Hotspur fans online have reacted well after hearing that Ryan Sessegnon could be fit for the club’s upcoming FA Cup tie.

After beating Watford with a last-gasp winner in the Premier League last time out, Spurs will face Morecambe in their next game.

Speaking in his press conference ahead of the game, manager Antonio Conte offered team news and clarified what players may be fit for the match.

According to PA Sport journalist Jonathan Veal, Sessegnon is one man the Italian stated could potentially be available for the game.

Will Ryan Sessegnon ever come good for Spurs?

This information was later shared by The Spurs Express on Twitter and it drew a rather positive response from a reasonable section of THFC supporters.

Here’s what these Spurs fans said…

“Hopefully he plays cos atm he might be better than Reggy.”
“Finally some good news.”
“Yes Sess.”
“Would be huge to have back for this crazy-ass month.”
“Lets go.”

The left-back has seemed to find some good form under his new manager, with claiming the defender has been ‘extremely impressive’ at wing-back, while adding that he is providing ‘healthy competition’ for Sergio Reguilon.

Do you know Spurs' former academy players? Which former Burnley player used to play for Spurs' academy?

Considering just how happy these supporters are to hear that Sessegnon could be back in time to feature against Morecambe in the FA Cup, it’s safe to say they share that sentiment. With plenty of games to come this month, it is easy to see why fans could consider this to be a ‘huge’ boost for the team.

If he is fit to play, there’s every chance he will have yet another opportunity to impress the fans and manager alike.
