How many points did Tottenham gain in the following seasons? First up: 2020/21

Lionel Scaloni’s men will be taking on Chile and Colombia on 27th January and 5th February respectively, and it was announced yesterday that one of Tottenham’s Argentine contingent had made the cut, with Lo Celso set to join up with his teammates – whilst Romero will not be taking part as he continues to recover from injury.

News of the decision was relayed to Tottenham fans by noted Spurs journalist Alasdair Gold for them to react to, where it generated some interesting responses, with many of them seemingly happy to see Lo Celso getting recognised by his country:

“Best news from Argentina as of date”

“Yessss”
“Gio masterclass incoming”
“This is the best news we’ve had for weeks”
“Finally they have some sense”
“Common sense strikes for once. I really hope Lo Celso gets through unscathed this time!”

Has Lo Celso flopped at Spurs?

Yes!

Yes!

No!

No!

It’s not exactly the best timing for games to be happening right in the middle of the season, so Spurs will just have to hope that he doesn’t pick up an injury to add to his growing list from over the years.
