A large number of Tottenham Hotspur fans have been sharing their excitement on Twitter as a claim has emerged suggesting the club could be considering a new source of external investment.
According to The Telegraph, the north London club have been in discussions with a number of parties over the possibility of investing.

The report suggests there has been fresh interest coming from America over the potential investment opportunity, which has seen Daniel Levy fly to the Bahamas to discuss with majority owner Joe Lewis.
Spurs fans flocked to the claim as it emerged on Twitter, with the Lilywhites also at the centre of transfer speculation regarding a potential move for Adama Traore from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
