A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans have been drawn to share their excitement on Twitter at a fresh transfer claim to emerge in regards to Adama Traore.

According to The Telegraph, amid Tottenham’s interest in the winger, it is believed an offer in the region of £20m would be enough to prise him away from Wolverhampton Wanderers this month.

Would you take Traore for £20m?

It is believed Spurs may have competition for the 25-year-old from West Ham United as Wolves face having to offload some of their assets in order to see any new arrivals in January.

With just 18 months remaining on his current deal at Molineux, these Spurs fans were clearly encouraged by the relatively low asking price for the Wolves ace.

What did these Spurs fans have to say?

“We can actually win the league in the next 5 years tears in my eyes”

“best signing in years. i’ll cry tears of joy”
“Please get this done”
“I didn’t want Adama at first but for 20m bring him in omds”
“That would be a great signing”
“Massive if we get him for £20 mil”

Reports suggested the Lilywhites held a heavy interest in the Spaniard during the summer, however, with the Old Gold looking for around £40m, a deal was not found.

And despite the winger failing to provide a goal or assist this season, it seems these Spurs fans feel at just £20m it is worth taking the risk at potentially seeing Traore return to his best.

I really don’t get it, he’s had the most shots on goal and the most dribbles with a total of zero goals and zero assists, why would we want to buy a player that produces nothing. Levy has to Vlahovic, sign quality that scores for fun, he might cost 3 and a half times more but at the age of 21 we’d have him as our talisman for the next decade or so. We win nothing with all these Levy signings, sign quality, we already have too many players we’ll struggle to get rid of, we don’t need anymore.
