A whole host of Newcastle United fans are blown away on Twitter to find out multiple signings could be just around the corner.
Newcastle are seemingly edging ever closer to signing England international and La Liga winner Kieran Trippier on a permanent deal, as Fabrizio Romano reports that the full-back will cost £25 million.

While this would be an exciting signing for a club sitting second-bottom of the Premier League, journalist Mark Douglas has claimed that Newcastle are currently also working on a second deal that could be concluded swiftly, in what would be a stunning start to the transfer window.
