Journalist Carl Markham claims that the Italian side are looking at Liverpool’s cult hero Divock Origi as a potential replacement should they lose Zapata to the Magpies this window.
NUFC360 relayed the news to the Newcastle supporters on Twitter, with many buzzing at the chance of signing him.

Even Origi himself would be a good shout for Newcastle. Experienced in the Premier League, his three goals in the 2018/19 Champions League season helped Liverpool turn a three-goal deficit around against Barcelona in the semi-final, before putting the final to bed a few weeks later.
Therefore, his ability to perform at important moments could be crucial to a team like Newcastle battling the threat of relegation.
