Newcastle United supporters will have hoped to have seen the back of Mike Ashley when he was bought out of the club by PIF in October. However, their former owner is still lurking, looking for more money.
This time, he’s suing Amanda Staveley for the £10 million loan he gave her as he claims she’s broken the terms. He’s accused her of breaking the clause of not publicly criticising his ownership and for not letting him keep his branding in St. James’ Park until the end of the current season.

The Daily Mail’s report goes on to claim that the documents have been submitted to the High Court in London by Ashley, who is demanding an immediate return of the money, plus interest.
The Newcastle fans were unsurprisingly fuming with their former owner, making their feelings known on Twitter as the news broke.

It’s clear to see their hatred towards Ashley, desperate to finally see the back of him for good this time at the club.
