A lot of Newcastle United fans have taken to Twitter to voice their concerns at a fresh transfer claim to emerge over a potential swoop for Andrea Belotti.
According to Tuttosport (via Sport Witness), the Tyneside had set their sights on possibly signing the Torino striker in January with half a season left to save their Premier League status.

However, recent reports have emerged from journalist Gianluca Di Marzio suggesting the 28-year-old has already rejected a potential move to Tyneside this month amid interest coming from Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal.
Despite the Toon believed to be in talks with Reims over their young striker, Hugo Ekitike, these fans flocked to Twitter to share their concerns over their latest transfer blow.

The Torino ace has struggled to find consistency in front of goal this season with just two goals in nine Serie A appearances, in what has been an injury-riddled campaign so far (via Transfermarkt).
However, with an impressive record in recent years scoring for Torino, it is apparent these fans feel a fit Belotti could have stepped in for Callum Wilson and helped them in their relegation scrap.
