A large number of Leeds United fans have flocked to Twitter to share their disappointment following the latest comments to emerge from Marcelo Bielsa.
Leeds youngster Cody Drameh has departed Elland Road earlier in the week for a loan switch to Championship outfit Cardiff City until the end of the season.
Is this the end of Drameh at Leeds?
Yes
No
And it was apparent the Leeds boss had been left dismayed by the right-back’s decision to leave the club amid a season full of injury issues for the Whites.
“I didn’t think he needed to play games elsewhere. He was a player who was very necessary with all the absences we’ve had. But he preferred to play outside,” said the Argentine.
Despite making five appearances in total for Bielsa’s side this season, the youngster clearly felt there was a better opportunity at first-team football with Cardiff.
What did these Leeds fans have to say?
“Bielsa will not be letting him back”
The right-back had made his debut for the senior side this season with an appearance in their away win against Norwich City in the Premier League (via Transfermarkt).
With Bielsa clearly unhappy that one of his options have been taken away from his squad, it seems these fans are not convinced the 20-year-old has done his future with Leeds any favours.
