Lucas Digne has taken to Instagram to provide fans with an update amid the transfer speculation linking the Everton man with a potential January move away.
The left-back is expected to leave Goodison Park this month, with Rafael Benitez confirming the 28-year-old’s request to depart on the weekend.

However, Aston Villa have emerged recently as one of the leading candidates to land the defender, with Chelsea having dropped out of the race to sign him.
And amid the transfer speculation, the left-back took to Instagram this weekend to share a ‘story’ of him at Everton’s training facilities with the caption: “No day off.”
Having made 13 appearances in the Premier League this season, the Frenchman’s game time has taken a major hit in recent weeks, with his last appearance coming on 1st December (via Transfermarkt).
Amid the speculation of Digne’s future at Goodison Park, the Toffees have added a new left-back to their squad in the form of 22-year-old Ukrainian Vitalii Mykolenko – so perhaps Digne’s post is a sign towards any potential suitors.
