A lot of Celtic fans have flooded to the club’s official Twitter account to share their joy at recent footage to emerge on Wednesday night of Anthony Ralston.
The Bhoys were able to clinch the points in their Scottish Premiership clash at Victoria Park in the dying seconds thanks to the 23-year-old defender.
Has Ralston proven his doubters wrong?
Yes
No
And after the victory against Ross County in Dingwall, the defender spoke to Celtic TV about the game:
“In terms of a personal note, it’s the stuff of dreams to do that. For the fans that come up here and travel with their work commitments and everything like that. To come up here on a weekday and support us, it’s what they deserve.”
Three points at Victoria Park has maintained Ange Postecoglou’s side’s pressure on the title race with the gap held to just four points, and the Hoops fans shared their delight on Twitter.
What did these Celtic fans have to say?
“Sorry I ever doubted you Cafu! Man would run through brick walls for this team + Ange”
Ralston has made a bright start to life under the Australian manager, as the defender has already netted four goals and provided five assists in the top flight alone (via Transfermarkt).
It is apparent the right-back had not convinced some of the fans previously, however, his upturn in form under Postecoglou has clearly won a lot of fans over.
