A whole host of Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter have slammed Park Ji-Sung for his comments regarding the future of Son Heung-min.

Spurs’ number seven has been their main bright spark in what has been a rather bleak and confusing season as they are already onto their second manager and their main striker in Harry Kane has scored just one league goal, but Son has never let them down as he currently boasts six league goals and two assists.

Will Spurs finish in the top four?

Yes!

Yes!

No!

No!

Another positive for Tottenham involved Son and that was when he penned a new four-year deal earlier in the year and this is despite the South Korean international still yet to lift a piece of silverware with the club.

However, Park Ji-Sung has spoken exclusively to Goal and in his interview, he backed Son to thrive if he moved to Manchester United, saying: ‘I believe he’s good enough to do very well at United.’

A lot of Spurs fans on Twitter are not happy with Park’s comments.

What have these Tottenham fans been saying?

“He signed a 4 year deal in the summer, nice try though”

@reeeeceeeeeeeee

“Who does sung think he is?”

@_fletch____

““Good enough to do very well at Man United”??? Man United are shockingly poor he’s better than their whole team”

@holder_leo

“Why would he downgrade”

@abizz_69

“??? keep dreaming man what”

@thfc__27

“Why would he want to step down and join United ?”

@geordiegazza471

Given that Son has recently signed a new long-term deal and that Spurs will see Man United as a direct rival when challenging for the top four, it would be a blockbuster move for the winger to leave Tottenham and join the Red Devils.
