Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to an update surrounding defender Cristian Romero and his current injury situation from Antonio Conte.

The Argentinian defender was one of the marquee signings for the club this past summer, signing a loan deal from Serie A side Atalanta with a view to a permanent switch as Spurs looked to sort out a defence that had been causing them problems last season.

However, his time at the club has been far from smooth, taking time to get into the team to begin with under Nuno Espirito Santo before having his season brought to a halt as a result of an injury picked up on international duty.
