Lots of Tottenham Hotspur fans have been left excited by some of the comments to emerge from Antonio Conte’s latest press conference.
The Italian was speaking ahead of Tottenham’s upcoming Premier League clash on Saturday in what will be his final press conference before the January transfer window opens.

And when asked whether he feels Spurs need to sign players next month, Conte replied: “For sure. After only two weeks I said we needed to improve the quality of this squad and for sure we need to.”
Conte has only been at Spurs for around two months now, however, with the top four just a matter of points away, it seems the 52-year-old is hoping Daniel Levy and Fabio Paratici can bolster his squad for the second half of the season.

The north London club spent over £60m in the summer but were unable to add a striker to their squad having missed out on Lautaro Martinez and Dusan Vlahovic.
And it seems these fans have been encouraged by Conte’s honest comments in the press conference as they hope the 52-year-old will be able to convince the Spurs hierarchy to dig deep in January.
