Newcastle United fans have been reacting to the performance of Joelinton during their recent game in the Premier League.
The game was crucial for Newcastle as they look to stay in the Premier League. With a tough-looking December fixture list ahead of them, three points against a Norwich City side also struggling down at the bottom of the table could have given Eddie Howe’s men a huge boost.
They were dealt a huge blow early on as Ciaran Clark was sent off for bringing down Teemu Pukki, but managed to hold their own to claim a 1-1 draw, with the 25-year-old Brazilian putting in a shift all over the pitch.
He managed to win two aerial duels, got away two shots and made one interception and tackle apiece (via WhoScored).
It was no wonder, then, to see Newcastle fans piling on the praise for him as they took to social media to comment on his performance:
