A whole host of Newcastle United fans are buzzing on Twitter to see Fabrizio Romano’s transfer update.
Newcastle have been linked with what would be a big marquee signing in the form of Ousmane Dembele from Barcelona, and Romano has recently confirmed that contract talks at Camp Nou are now a lot more ‘complicated’.
Should Newcastle sign Dembele?

The Italian journalist has reported that Newcastle did in fact approach Dembele a few weeks ago about moving to Tyneside when his contract expires next summer, and although nothing is agreed, ‘everything is open’.
Meanwhile, fellow reporter Rudy Galetti has gone one step further claiming that the Magpies have made a ‘monster offer‘ to the Frenchman.

While Dembele would arrive with a massive reputation and could potentially make other clubs and other targets sit up and take Newcastle more seriously, his injury record and apparent wage demands, according to 90min, may be a major risk for PIF.
