A lot of Celtic fans have flocked to Twitter to share their thoughts on a post to emerge from the Parkhead side regarding their Japanese forward, Kyogo Furuhashi.
The club have released their 2021 Christmas film and a young Celtic fan has been included after she went viral on social media for showing her support for the forward by wearing a Japanese headband during a match.

The four-year-old fan was imaged during the Bhoys’ Europa League victory at Celtic Park over Ferencvaros, in which the 26-year-old opened the scoring in the 2-0 win.
And Celtic fans flocked to Twitter as the club relayed the story behind the youngster’s inclusion in their Christmas film amid a host of the stars from Parkhead.

This will be Kyogo’s first Christmas in Scotland and, like Santa Claus, he has certainly delivered. The Japanese forward has hit the ground running in the Scottish Premiership with seven goals in his 10 appearances (via Transfermarkt).
It seems the story went down well with the fans and it appears Kyogo may have become the favourite of many Celtic fans, and it’s not surprising given the way he has adapted to life in Scotland.
