The 25-year-old has started the current Premier League campaign for Wolves in fine form, scoring four goals in his first seven matches and Hatfield believes that he could be signed permanently by Wolves in a development that would surely please supporters.

“They’ve done that before. I think Jota was one case, Jimenez they obviously had on loan before signing him on a permanent basis. So, it’s a tactic that they’ve worked in terms of recruitment very well before, and it wouldn’t surprise me if they were to tie up some sort of permanent deal for him.” Hatfield told This is Futbol.

Manager Bruno Lage has got his team on brilliant run of form, as Wolves are unbeaten in their last five league matches, winning four and drawing one and with that have risen to seventh in the table on 16 points.

Lage was appointed Wolves manager during the summer and brought Hwang to Molineux, with the forward one of six signings during the transfer window as Jose Sa, Rayan Ait-Nouri, Yerson Mosquera, Louie Moulden and Francisco Trincao also all put pen-to-paper on deals with the club.
