Many Spurs fans have taken to Twitter to react to an excellent pre-match stat as newly appointed manager Antonio Conte takes charge of his first game in charge in the Premier League with the north London club as they take on Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon.

Seeking a victory that could see them rise to fifth position in the table, the north London outfit fell to a disappointing 3-0 home defeat to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Manchester United in their last outing in the Premier League courtesy of goals from Cristiano Ronaldo, Edinson Cavani and Marcus Rashford, which turned out to be predecessor Nuno Espiritio Santo’s final game in charge at the club

However, after the clash against Everton at Goodison Park, the BBC (via the Spurs Web) has revealed that Tottenham have won 27 Premier League games against Everton, more than against any other side while the Lilywhites are also unbeaten on their last eight top-flight visits to Goodison Park.

Will Conte lead Spurs to silverware this season?

And, after hearing about that, some Spurs fans took to Twitter to voice their thoughts.

What did Spurs fans have to say about it?

Following their 3-2 Victory against Vitesse Arnhem in the Europa Conference League on Thursday in Conte’s first game in charge at the club, Spurs will be hoping they can continue their winning momentum at Goodison tomorrow ahead of the international break before returning to Premier League action when they take on Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium on Sunday 21st November.
