After initially revealing that Son Heung-min had sustained a minor knock whilst on duty with South Korea and didn’t train with the team on Saturday with his national teammates, journalist Steve Han has now revealed that the Spurs star is fine despite the slight knock sustained and has been given the all clear to return to training on Sunday.

Son, who captained his South Korea side to a 1-0 win over the UAE on Thursday, has been in superb form for the Lilywhites so far this campaign, contributing five goals so far – including the first in Antonio Conte’s managerial reign at Spurs with his opener in the 3-2 European victory against Vitesse Arnhem.

Conte will be delighted that the minor knock Son sustained on national duty is not one that will result in a spell on the sidelines and will be desperately hoping that the South Korean will be fit and available to face Leeds United at the Tottenham Hotspur in their next Premier League game on Sunday the 21st November after the international break.
