A whole host of Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter were very happy to see links emerge regarding a potential move for Gleisom Bremer.

Spurs fans may well be expecting a sort of Italian/Serie A revolution to arrive in north London over the coming months with Antonio Conte and Fabio Paratici working together on transfer targets, while this has already started following the arrivals of Cristian Romero and Pierluigi Gollini.

Will Conte be a success at Spurs?

Yes!

Yes!

No!

No!

It has been reported by Romano that Conte has been assured by chairman Daniel Levy that he has the power to tell the club what players he needs to make Tottenham a silverware-challenging side and they will be delivered to him.

Therefore, a lot of links have started to emerge of potential arrivals from abroad, including Bremer, as his ability to play in a back three is appreciated by Conte, according to Italian journalist Marco Conterio.

A lot of Tottenham fans on Twitter are excited to be linked with Bremer.

What have these Tottenham fans been saying?

“Get innnn”

@izzulftbl

“Tall, two footed, fast, strong, brilliant in the air – would be a great upgrade on Davies”

@adiepf78

“Doesn’t matter if a majority of us have never heard of him. If Conte wants him then get him I say.”

@Terry01711833

“The important thing is we do not have another “Daniel Levy” transfer window. Every player coming in or leaving the club, Conte must have the final say going forward.”

@thfc31

“Would be a gem of a signing”

@Willyam1800

“He’s better than anything we have atm, except for Romero, miles better”

@getchoboydawg

“Yes,yes,yes”

@Mwitari_

“His headers are absolutely lethal. Terrific presence on the offensive end other than being a great on-ball defender.”

@davidetumiati7

Bremer is now into his third season with Torino as a regular starter, and has proved himself to be a threat in the opposition’s box, having scored 11 goals in all competitions.

Conte will have come across the Brazilian centre-back during his time managing Inter, so will have first-hand experience of what he is like and what his strengths are, so if he’s appreciated for what he can bring to a side that has now gone to a three-at-the-back formation, he must have something about him.
