Image for Tottenham Hotspur: Fans flock as touchline image emerges

A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans have flocked to Twitter to share their frustrations with an image to emerge following their latest Premier League clash on the weekend.

Spurs were able to secure three points on Sunday against a depleted Leeds United side at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in Antonio Conte’s first league game at the N17 stadium.

Should Spurs look to sell these two players?

Yes

No

However, two players who did not feature in the game were Matt Doherty and Steven Bergwijn, who were seen looking far from impressed at full time.

The duo came into the game after playing prominently for their respective nations over the international break, with Bergwijn impressing in the final outing for the Netherlands, in particular.

And Spurs fans flocked to Twitter as they shared their thoughts on the images to surface following the victory against Bielsa’s men.

What did these Spurs fans have to say?

“Only downside from today”

“Get rid in January!”
“Get them out of our club”
“This mentality needs to go Should be happy for the TEAM win”
“Disrespect in my book …”
“Oh wow!”

Bergwijn is yet to feature under Conte, and that may come as a surprise given he scored and assisted for the Dutch national side in their crunch game against Norway last week.

Doherty, on the other hand, featured under Conte with a substitute appearance against Everton before the international break (via Transfermarkt).

It is apparent these fans are not too concerned by these two players not featuring, and it is understandable given Bergwijn and Doherty have struggled to find a spot in the starting XI since arriving at Spurs.

Yes most definitely, there is quite a long list of players we could sell to upgrade, too many for one window.
