Lots of Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to wax lyrical over Hugo Lloris’s sensational save during Spurs’ midweek Europa Conference League victory against Vitesse Arnhem.

The 34-year-old French World Cup winner, making his first appearance for Spurs in Europe this season in place of Pierluigi Gollini, was in superb form as Spurs claimed a 3-2 victory against the Dutch outfit at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Thursday evening in what was an incredibly enthralling encounter, seeing three red cards shared between the two sides in Antonio Conte’s first game in charge of the Lilywhites.

Furthermore, footage has emerged of the former Lyon keeper’s incredible save made against Vitesse, magnificently denying Sondre Tronstad’s by somehow tipping over his superb long range effort over the crossbar in the 31st minute.
