Lots of Newcastle United fans have been left excited by some footage to emerge on Twitter of Joe White, one of their young prospects from the youth team.
Last week, Newcastle U21s tasted a 6-3 defeat away to Mansfield Town in the EFL Trophy, however, the 19-year-old was able to get his name on the scoresheet.

The midfielder has played a prominent role in the Newcastle U23 side, having featured in all but one of their Premier League 2 games, where he has been able to provide four assists so far this campaign (via Transfermarkt).
Ahead of the reserve side’s latest clash against Huddersfield Town, White spoke to the club’s website about scoring his goal and his performances this season. The club shared a link to his interview alongside footage of his goal against the Stags last Tuesday, and Toon fans flocked to the club’s official Twitter account as they shared their amazement.

White is yet to make his senior debut in a competitive game despite making the bench earlier in the season for their away clash against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
With these Toon fans left excited by the footage of White’s goal, it is apparent they want the youngster tied down to a new deal, with Celtic and Rangers said to be interested in the 19-year-old.
