A whole host of Leeds United fans are ecstatic on Twitter after seeing the latest footage released of Raphinha.

Leeds fans erupted at Elland Road when Raphinha whipped in a free-kick for what was the opening goal of the game against Leicester City and his fifth of the season, although the euphoria lasted only a few minutes before the Foxes equalised, which summed up Leeds’ season.

Will Leeds sell Raphinha in January?

Raphinha seemed to enjoy himself against Leicester in what was the last game before the international break, as he pulled off a stunning skill against Timothy Castagne in the first half, before nutmegging Caglar Soyuncu on the opposite flank in the second half.

Having already revelled in the Brazilian’s trickery up against the Belgian full-back, a lot of Leeds fans on Twitter were buzzing with this latest Raphinha footage after it was shared online by the club on Monday, which showed that it was not a one-off.

What have these Leeds fans been saying?

“Honestly in awe of what this man can do with the ball at his feet. Such a joy to watch. Enjoy it while it lasts”

“The utter disrespect he has for defenders is amazing”

“Unbelievable player. Without him we are devoid of ideas. If he plays most games, we stay up for me. That important”

“Frightening this guy”

“Rapha is a joke, one of the Top 10 PL players playing for a side that are 15th in the division”

“Pure filth”

“First time at a game of football and genuinely got goosebumps when he did this”

“Effortless. Can just go past a man like it’s nothing”

Literally makes you stand up (if for some reason you’re sat down) every time he gets the ball Look at the East Stand man. What a player. Sensational.”

These Leeds fans are clearly in love with Raphinha and the pieces of skill he can pull off during a game, and this may make it tough for the fans if or when he decides to leave, with his agent, former Barcelona midfielder Deco, telling Globo Esporte that Liverpool were interested in the winger during the summer.
