Many Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to react to the display of Raphinha in Marcelo Bielsa side’s 1-1 draw against Leicester City at Elland Road on Sunday afternoon.

Ahead of the game, Leeds picked up a crucial 2-1 victory in their previous Premier League outing against Norwich City at Carrow Road last Sunday, with Raphinha and Rodrigo’s goals handing the Whites a much needed three points.

However, they were unable to carry on their winning momentum against Brendan Rodgers side, drawing 1-1 against the Foxes in what was a highly enthralling encounter.

One player who, according to fans at home, was sensational against the Foxes was Brazilian ace Raphinha. The 24 year old, lining up on the right wing wing for the home side, tormented Foxes defender Timothy Castagne all afternoon and curled in a sensational free kick past Kasper Schmeichel in the 26th minute for the Yorkshire side to give Bielsa’s men the lead before Harvey Barnes equalised for the away side just two minutes later with a superb strike of his own.

And that has led to a number of Whites fans taking to Twitter to discuss his performance.
