A number of West Bromwich Albion fans have reacted online after hearing that Jake Livermore’s recent red card will not be rescinded.

As announced on the Baggies’ official website, the club were unsuccessful in their appeal against the dismissal given against the midfielder during the 1-0 loss at Huddersfield Town over the past weekend.

As result, the 32-year-old will now miss his team’s next three games and will not be available until West Brom face Reading in the Championship on 11th December.

The news was also shared on the club’s Twitter page and it seems as if these Baggies supporters were happy they won’t have to watch Livermore play for the side in the coming weeks.

Here’s what these West Brom fans said…

“YESSSSSS.”

“GET INNNN.”
“Best result we’ve had all season.”
“Excellent news.”
“SIUUUUUU.”
“Wahoooooooo. What news to start the week!”
“WE’RE GONNA WIN A GAME NOW SUUUU”
“Best news of the season”
The comments may seem harsh, but clearly, these fans feel Livermore’s recent performances are deserving of criticism. Against Huddersfield, he was sent off after 78 minutes with his side already 1-0 down, making any chance of a result even more difficult.

Will West Brom miss Jake Livermore in their next three games?

Yes

Yes

No

No
With the Baggies third in the league, they will hope to push for Premier League promotion this season, but remain eight points off second-placed Bournemouth.
If they are to close that gap in the next three games, they will have to do so without their experienced midfielder. Though, evidently, these supporters don’t think that will be much of an issue.
