A number of Celtic fans have reacted with anger towards a refereeing decision that took place during their most recent fixture.
Over the weekend, the Bhoys took on St Johnstone at Celtic Park and ran out 2-0 winners thanks to goals from Giorgos Giakoumakis and Josip Juranovic.
However, the match did not pass by without some controversy. Indeed, after Cameron Carter-Vickers clashed with Chris Kane, the Celtic man was given a yellow card, despite Kane acting with more aggression – though he was then booked too.
Footage of the incident how now emerged online, which shows the St Johnstone man seemingly take a swing at Carter-Vickers, and it has left a vast collection of Hoops supporters rather unhappy with the choice made by the referee in the heat of the moment.

Here’s what the Celtic fans said
“That’s a disgrace, booked for not taking a kicking well enough.”
Judging from the comments, it’s clear to see just how angered and baffled these supporters are looking back at the footage, knowing that the decision did not go their way.
Even still, they’ll no doubt be more content with the final result of the game which sees them end the 10th game week up in fourth spot on the league table, just four points from Rangers in first position.
