Plenty of Celtic fans have reacted positively after star player Kyogo Furuhashi shared a new image of himself on social media.

In the Bhoys most recent fixture, the 26-year-old played 81 minutes as he helped his side overcome St Johnstone 2-0  at Celtic Park.

Although he did not get on the score sheet – this duty was managed by Giorgos Giakoumakis and Josip Juranovic on the day – Kyogo still received a great response when he posted online after the victory.

It was soon noticed by the online Hoops fanbase.

What did these Celtic fans have to say?

The fans are obviously smitten with the Japanese international. And why wouldn’t they be? He may only be in the early stages of his Celtic career  – so legendary status is a little way off just yet – but he’s made a great start to life in Scotland.
