A lot of have taken to Twitter to voice their thoughts on the comments to emerge from one of the players at Parkhead. 

Having joined over the course of the summer, Kyogo Furuhashi spoke of how he has found the settling in period at Parkhead.

Speaking on the topic of learning the new language to Japanese outlet Sports Graphic Number, Kyogo said: “I’m trying my best to hit the words I know so that they can be understood. The people around me talk to me really kindly, so that’s the salvation.”

The 26-year-old is currently away with Japan on international duty, but only came on as a 59th-minute substitute for Liverpool’s Takumi Minamino.

The Japanese international has made a bright start to life at Parkhead, with four goals and an assist in his five appearances in the Scottish Premiership (via Transfermarkt).

We’re sure these will be hoping for a safe return from the international break for Kyogo and it is apparent they have been impressed by his efforts to learn the English language.
