Plenty of Tottenham Hotspur fans have reacted with delight after Xavi Simons was linked with a move to their club.
After falling to a poor 1-0 loss against Vitesse in the Europa Conference League, many Spurs supporters may need some cheering up at present.
So they might be very happy to hear that the Paris Saint-Germain youngster could make the move to north London in the future.

Indeed, according to Spanish news outlet AS (via TuttoMercatoWeb), Fabio Paratici and Tottenham may take advantage of the 18-year-old’s current contractual situation if he does not sign a new deal – his contact at the moment expires next summer.
The report alleges that they may seek to pursue a move for the youngster this coming January.

Simons has played just 13 minutes of senior football for PSG (via Transfermarkt). Even though he is still just a teenager, he may push for a move in order to gain more experience.
Up to this point in the season, he has not even made the squad for a single Ligue 1 game. If this continues, he could well join a new club in the near future. Perhaps Spurs will take that opportunity to swoop.
