A lot of Newcastle United fans have taken to Twitter to voice their thoughts at a transfer claim to emerge following the club’s recent Saudi Arabian-based takeover. 

According to journalist Pedro Almeida, the Toon are preparing moves for Jules Kounde, Ousmane Dembele and Isco in an upcoming transfer window.

The Portuguese journalist also states the Tyneside club are also looking to extend the contract of their young midfielder, Sean Longstaff.

Longstaff is now playing into the final year of his contract with the Magpies which reportedly sees the midfielder take home £18k per week.

Over the course of the summer window, Kounde was heavily linked with a potential move away from Sevilla, with both Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea linked with the Frenchman.
