A whole host of Leeds United fans are very happy on Twitter to see Luke Ayling back in training.

Leeds and Marcelo Bielsa have been experiencing some very unfortunate luck this season in terms of injuries, with the likes of Kalvin Phillips, Diego Llorente, Junior Firpo and Ayling all having spent some time on the sidelines.

Where will Leeds finish in this seasons Premier League?

This may be a huge reason as to why Leeds have struggled for form and some good results, having won just once in the Premier League thus far against Watford, who sacked their manager after that loss.

Some more positive news for Leeds fans, though, is that Ayling has now been pictured back in training, with the club posting an image of him on their Twitter account.

A lot of Leeds fans on Twitter are delighted to see the defender gearing up for a first-team return.

What have these Leeds fans been saying?

“Things you love to see”

@andr3ww00d

“Walks back into the team, just my opinion”

@Wessiewhite

“Please get back soon we need you”

@Rossitt77

“Are you going to start Luke? You’re our only hope.”

@FplCg

“Coming back fitter, faster and harder to catch”

@Clone_of_Mark

“We genuinely miss his leadership on the pitch.”

@Scotlufc

Ayling has been a long-time servant at Elland Road having arrived from Bristol City back in 2016, so to have him missing from the starting lineup may have felt a touch strange for Leeds fans and Bielsa, who has used the full-back heavily during his time at the club.
