Leeds United fans have been reacting to comments that have emerged from Raphinha following the side’s draw with Wolves at the weekend.

The two sides played out a 1-1 draw at Elland Road thanks to a late penalty from Rodrigo, however the Brazilian wasn’t able to make it through the whole game. He was substituted just before the hour mark after falling foul of a rather rough tackle from Wolves defender Roman Saiss, his place being taken by young Crysencio Summerville.

This was a low point in Leeds United's history, but how many points did they get in the 2003/04 campaign?

Whilst there was no ‘official’ update on the injury following the game, with Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa only being able to say “He has a knock but I don’t know the extent of it” in his post-match press conference, the Brazilian took it upon himself to let fans know what the situation was.

He posted a message on his Instagram story (which was relayed to fans on Twitter via Leeds United journalist Adam Pope), in which he explained that ‘It was nothing serious. So I’m back soon’.

This message left plenty of Leeds fans rather relieved to hear that things didn’t look too bad:

“Back soon? Hope that means Norwich next week.”

“My night just got better. I can enjoy #MOTD now.”
“Super news – you had an awesome game – genius ! MOT”
“Glad it’s all OK.MOT”
“Tweet of the day award winner”
“Things you love to see”
“Oh my days”

Do you think Raphinha will be sold in the summer?

Yes

Yes

No

No

Something which you can understand given his attacking prowess and what he’s been able to bring to the team since joining, with the Brazilian currently sitting as the club’s top scorer this season.
