Celtic fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest video to emerge of Hoops right-back Anthony Ralston.

This comes after the official Celtic Twitter account shared a post on its page that contained a video of Ralston speaking to the club’s media after drawing 1-1 against Dundee United in their latest SPFL match.

In the video, Ralston said that the players are “disappointed” with the result and that they thought they deserved to win the game overall.

This post then gathered a lot of replies from Celtic supporters, who were not shy in sharing their thoughts on the matter.

So, what did these Celtic fans have to say in response to what Ralston had to say after the Dundee game?

“Ralston wouldn’t get a game at Sunday amateur”

@kieranmcshane88

“He’s so bad. Gives 100% but nowhere near the quality we need”

@colcol8484

“Shhh don’t ask the person who cost us the goal”

@ChrisMcGinlay14

“And today’s sacrificial lamb is……. the fact this guy is deemed good enough for our starting XI explains everything that is currently wrong at our club. sent out on loan last year when we never had a RB”

@Pilgrim_73

“He fell off + Bauer better”

@smn__67

“Heart of a lion but just not good enough.”

@Stuartm45578152

Looking at the replies to this post, it seems as though these Celtic fans were not happy with what they saw from Ralston on the pitch against Dundee and what he had to say after it.

Given how Football Scotland gave the defender an overall match rating of 6/10 for his display against Dundee saying that there are “still question marks over the defensive side of his game”, it’s easy to see why some of these Hoops fans on Twitter may not think he’s good enough to play for the club.

Moving forward, with Ange Postecoglou’s side set to take on Bayer Leverkusen in the Europa League on Thursday, Ralston will have to make sure he works on his defensive capabilities if they want to get a positive result in that game.
