According to reporter Alison Conroy, Michael Johnston will be sidelined again after sustaining an injury during one of Ange Postecoglou’s training sessions.

The 22-year-old has suffered numerous injuries during his time with the Bhoys, with his ligament injury keeping him out of action for almost one whole year in 2020 (via Transfermarkt).
Johnston has now made 60 appearances for the first team, in which he has found the back of the net on 11 occasions, however, he has also missed a total of 56 games through injury in his young career.
