A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans have flooded to an image to emerge on Twitter regarding the managerial situation at the north London club.
The pressure is piling on Nuno Espirito Santo at Spurs after the club’s third consecutive Premier League loss where they have conceded three goals in the game.
Should Nuno be sacked already?
Yes
No
On Monday, Spurs fans speculated over Ryan Mason’s Instagram story showing Hotspur Way training ground with the caption: “See you in the morning.”
The 30-year-old previously stepped in as the interim manager at Spurs following Jose Mourinho’s sacking.
After a tweet questioning Spurs’ apparent lack of social media activity following the derby defeat emerged alongside the image from Mason, it seems these fans thought this post was a potential sign of Espirito Santo’s departure – and Mason’s return to the Tottenham hotseat.
What did these Spurs fans have to say?
“It would be a disaster to bring Mason in”
Mason took charge of seven Spurs games including the Carabao Cup final against Manchester City, which was one of the three games the side lost under his guidance.
Although the club’s recent form under Espirito Santo will do little to inspire the fans, it seems they would not want to see Mason in charge if the 47-year-old is to be sacked.
