Leeds United fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest team update to emerge concerning the Yorkshire club’s upcoming Premier League clash against Watford.

This comes after Leeds journalist Phil Hay shared a post on his official Twitter page relaying news originally shared by Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa in his latest press conference ahead of the match against the Hornets.

First up in this 2020/21 LUFC quiz, which of these players did NOT score against Liverpool in the 4-3 defeat at Anfield?

In the press conference, Bielsa revealed that Raphinha and Diego Llorente are both available to play at the weekend, but Patrick Bamford won’t be.

This post from Hay then gathered a lot of replies from Leeds supporters, who were not shy in sharing their thoughts on this latest update.

So, what did these Leeds fans have to say in response to this latest team news ahead of the Watford match?

“Title charge back on”

“Lorente starts for me all day long huge game this a must win”

@lufc75kb

“Thank you lord”

“Some good news at last. Please refrain from making any of your usual predictions Phil and the 3 points will surely be ours!”

Looking at the replies to this post, it seems as though these Leeds fans are very happy to hear this latest team update, specifically the fact that Raphinha and Llorente will be available to play, which just goes to show how much they admire the duo and recognise how important they are to the team.

Are you confident Leeds will get their first league win of the season against Watford?

No

No

In terms of Raphinha, the fact that he has scored three of Leeds’ Premier League goals so far this season and is currently listed as their highest-rated player for his performances according to WhoScored, it’s easy to see why these fans are delighted to hear that he will be available to play against Watford.

In our view, whoever gets picked to start against Watford will have to make sure they put everything into the game to help Leeds secure their first Premier League win of the season.
