Leeds fans flocked to the official post from the Whites announcing the move to share their delight at Costa’s departure for the remainder of the season at least.

What exactly did these Leeds fans have to say?

Costa only joined Marcelo Bielsa’s side permanently last summer in a deal believed to be worth £15.93m, having had an initial loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers (via Transfermarkt).

The winger was only able to find the back of the net on three occasions in the league last season and it was apparent these fans were pleased to hear of his departure.
