First up in this 2020/21 quiz, which of these players did NOT score against Liverpool in the 4-3 defeat at Anfield?

In the post, the club revealed that James’ partner gave birth earlier in the day before the winger flew to London to take part in the game, during which he eventually scored one of the penalties that took the club through to the next round.

This post then gathered a number of replies from Leeds supporters, who were quick to share their thoughts on the player.

So, what did these Leeds fans have to say in response to this post about James?

“What a top lad”

“Legend already”

“He’s Leeds and he knows he is”

“Monumental effort by him”

“Congratulations James! You are quickly becoming a big fan favourite”

Looking at the replies to this post, it’s clear to see that these Leeds fans were happy to hear that James was able to be at the birth of his child but also pleased that he made the effort to be involved with the rest of the team for the Fulham game.

Given how Leeds Live gave the winger an overall match rating of 7/10 for his performance against Fulham saying that he put his “blistering pace” to “great use on the attack and with the interceptions he made”, this shows just how important his presence was for the team at Craven Cottage.

Have you been pleased with Dan James' performances so far?

Moving forward, with Leeds set to take on West Ham United in the at the weekend, it will be intriguing to see if James’ performance against Fulham will have any impact on whether or not he will be in the starting XI to face the Hammers, having been handed his first start for the club last Friday.
