Former Premier League star Dean Windass has been blown away by the form of Jack Harrison at Leeds United.

The £13.5m-rated winger has moved to Elland Road on a permanent deal after his three-year loan spell from Manchester City.

Harrison never actually played a single minute of competitive football for City but has been a star for Leeds at times, making 132 appearances and scoring 20 goals, while also registering 21 assists.

This season already, the former England U21 international has made four appearances in all competitions, scoring a brace and providing an assist in the 3-0 EFL Cup win over Crewe Alexandra.

He was in electric form in the Championship, too, scoring six goals and laying on eight assists in 46 games as the Whites won promotion back to the Premier League.

And Windass has been hugely impressed with £40,000-a-week man Harrison’s form in recent weeks, drooling over the ace’s performances under Marcelo Bielsa.

Speaking to Football FanCast, Windass said: “Jack Harrison on the left has been absolutely unbelievable.”
