A whole host of Leeds United fans have reacted positively on Twitter to Angus Kinnear’s Daniel James and general transfer comments.

Despite a poor start to the season, Leeds did have a rather successful transfer window managing to bring in three first-team players who have now all featured in the Premier League this season in Junior Firpo, Jack Harrison and Daniel James.

Kinnear, Leeds’ chief executive, offered some words on the James deal in Sunday’s programme for the match against Liverpool which has left many fans happy, claiming that ‘mobile phone reception was stronger in Manchester than it was in South Wales’, referring to when Swansea City pulled the plug on James joining Leeds back in 2019.
